Pure cotton sheets, a down feather duvet, and a pillow complete the experience. First Class passengers can also indulge in high-quality Heather Grey sleepsuits, pillow mist, pulse point oil, and a selection of toiletries by Le Labo in amenity kits. Across all classes passengers can use noise canceling headphones to minimize sound, along with mood-lighting systems that cut traditionally harsh cabin lights. Guests can also visit Etihad Airway’s Sleep Lab to contact the airline’s sleep experts for professional advice. When high-tech amenities lose their appeal, home-style sleep remedies such as herbal teas and hot chocolate are available aboard all Etihad flights.
