Etihad Airways will start flying nonstop daily to Perth on July 15, 2014, the first nonstop service between the western Australian city and Abu Dhabi. The route will be serviced with an Airbus A330-200 aircraft fitted with two sections: Pearl Business Class and Coral Economy Class. Perth is Etihad’s fourth Australia destination as the airline already flies to Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne. With the Perth route, it brings Etihad’s total number of flights between Abu Dhabi and Australia to 35, including flights operated by Virgin Australia.
