United to Offer Tokyo-Denver Service on Dreamliner


Thanks to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Japan Airlines, Boston now has its first nonstop flight to Asia. Early next year another U.S. city will get its first nonstop flight to Asia thanks to the cutting-edge airplane: Denver.

United Airlines has announced that it will launch a daily nonstop service from Denver to Tokyo beginning March 31, 2013. Tickets are on sale now. Employing the 787, the flight will leave Denver at 11:55 a.m. and arrive in Tokyo at 3:00 p.m. the next day. It will depart Tokyo at 4:40 p.m. and arrive in Denver at 12:30 p.m. the same day.

United will be the first U.S. airline to operate the 787.
