Air France has teamed up with the two Michelin–starred chef Daniel Boulud to design a special French menu for the entire year ahead. Starting this month, travelers departing from New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, and eight other U.S. cities to Paris will be treated to Boulud’s delectable dishes, which take their cue from France’s classic culinary heritage. First class passengers will enjoy a menu of five dishes with a new seasonal dish every three months that include lobster with curried coconut sauce, black rice and bok choy, as well as lamb chop with zucchini pesto and cheese polenta. As for those flying business class, a four-dish menu will be served, including chicken tangine with cauliflower and couscous, and salmon with fennel, chickpeas and sumac.
