All Nippon Airways has recently unveiled the latest menu in its Tastes of Japan campaign, which is set to run from December 2015 to February 2016. First launched in 2013 to highlight the country’s lesser known prefectures, the latest menu marks the carrier’s 10th phase of the campaign, and will feature dishes from the Aichi, Gif, and Mie prefectures. Dishes served for business class passengers includ Mie black shrimp for appetizer, Mie yellowtail with grated turnip sauce and meyer lemons as a main dish, and the Blancmange dessert combo prepared with green team from the Aichi prefecture’s Nishio district. The ANA Suite Lounge in the International Haneda Airport will also be part of the campaign, serving Hida and Mino Kenton pork wrapped in yam and served with touchi sauce and yuzu-flavored risotto, while a selection of Japanese sake and shochu will be available for ANA passengers to sample at the carrier’s airport lounges in Haneda, Narita, and Kansai.
