Come July 2, Emirates will introduce a second daily service to Bali as a response to growing demand and an upswing in visitor numbers. Last year saw nearly five million foreign tourist arrivals to Indonesia’s most popular vacation island, with increases of over 25 percent from European countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Russia compared to 2015.
The service will be flown on Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in a two-class configuration with 42 seats in business class and 386 seats in economy, with the outbound flight EK360 departing from Dubai at 1:25 a.m. and arriving in Bali at 2:30 p.m. local time. This red-eye flight allows for easy connections with a number of destinations across Europe, including Amsterdam, Moscow, Paris, and London. The return flight, EK361, will leave Bali at 4:30 p.m. to touch down at Dubai International Airport at 9:30 p.m.
