Business-class passengers onboard Finnair’s flights from Seoul to Helsinki will now be able to enjoy a new Korean menu. Offered as part of its Signature Chef series, the menu has been crafted by Seoul-based chef, Sung-Yeol Nam, who took inspiration from the ingredients and the food he grew up with. Dishes will be rotated, with the first selection available from May to July this year, inclusive of beef rolls with young greens and sea bass “Jeon” served with grilled spring onion and Romanesco sauce.
