Krabi, Thailand will become Malaysian Airlines’ latest route beginning February 3. The four times weekly non-stop service will operate between Kuala Lumpur and Krabi departing at 2:55 p.m. and arriving at 3:40 p.m. The return flight will depart Krabi at 5:20 p.m. and arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 8:05 p.m. A Boeing B737-800 aircraft will service the route with flights on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Malaysia Airlines currently operatesÂ 35 weekly flights to Bangkok and 21 weekly flights to Phuket, with a total of 60 weekly flights between Malaysia and Thailand. Promotional fares are available for the new route starting from US$265 return Business Class and from US$111 return Economy Class. Discounted seats are available until January 30, 2014 for the travel period of February 3 to June 30.
