Star chefs and acclaimed mixologists will come together in Bangkok for a two-week culinary festivity that is the Taste at the St. Regis Bangkok event. Highlighting each of the masters’ expertise, foodies will have the opportunity to sample unique drinks and dishes from the masterminds behind several acclaimed dining venues across the world. Among chefs who will be in attendance are Michelin-starred Michele Griglio of Restaurant Winter Garden by Caino at St. Regis Florence; Peter Llyod, executive chef at the W London Leicester Square who runs the Spice Market, a concept created by Michelin-starred chief Jean George Vongerichten; and another Michelin-starred chef, Alfredo Russo of the Dolce Stil Novo Restaurant in Turin—all of whom will be presenting each of their specialty for a series of special dining events from November 9 to 20.
On November 12, a special event is set to take place as the St. Regis Bar is transformed into a jazz club straight out of the 1920s. While bespoke cocktails will be served by acclaimed mixologist Martina Breznanova of Nightjar London followed by a five-course dinner, singer Jamie Cullum will also be present to top off the night with his special jazz performance. Packages for the different dining experiences throughout the two-week event are divided into a non-alcoholic package and a wine pairing package with prices varying depending on each event.
