Throughout the rest of January, passengers in Air France’s La Première cabin on departure from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport will experience French dining at its finest. Anne-Sophie Pic, the only French woman to have three Michelin stars, has created five new dishes to satiate the palates of sophisticated foodies with options that include rolled sole with creamy lemon chard ravioli, lightly grilled Scottish prawns, and free-range Orleans poultry. To enhance the dining experience, Jean-Marie Massaud, a famous French designer, was called upon to create a new look for the tableware.  Arc International Champagne flutes, Bernardaud fine porcelain plates, and Christofle flatware top off Air France’s Michelin star experience in the sky.
