Blade, an Uber-like company that offers on-demand helicopter and jet services is introducing a special service for those looking to travel from the Big Apple to Miami Beach for the annual Art Basel show this month. For US$2,000, travelers can enjoy a helicopter ride that takes them from the West Side Highway in Manhattan to the Westchester County Airport, where a jet will then whisk them away to the  Opa Locka Airport in Miami. The two-and-a-half-hour flight also includes luxury services and amenities for passengers, such as cocktails, Todd English food, iPad Pros for some in-flight entertainment, as well as La Mer skincare products and Del Toro slippers. Serving guests throughout the duration of the flight is a flight attendant dressed in a uniform designed by Jimmy Choo co-founder Tamara Mellon. The Art Basel event runs from December 3 to 6.
