China Eastern Airlines to Launch Shanghai–Yangon Route

For those flying out of Yangon, a 2:35 a.m. departure time makes the return leg a red-eye service.

June 18 marks the launch of China Eastern’s thrice-weekly service aboard Airbus A320 aircraft from Shanghai–Pudong International Airport to Myanmar’s commercial capital—a route previously left untapped by any carrier.

For those flying out of Yangon, a 2:35 a.m. departure time makes the return leg a red-eye service, with an early morning arrival in Shanghai.
