A snowy Christmas season may be half way across the world, but Bisma Eight Ubud intends to present warm holiday vibes for guests nonetheless with its Copper All the Way dinner and brunch at the hotel’s Copper Kitchen & Bar. Surrounded by the Balinese town’s lush jungle and crisp air, guests are invited for a memorable dinner with five-course menu for dinner on Christmas eve and Christmas night, or a four-course brunch on Christmas morning. Designed by the hotel’s executive chef, Shima Drupadi, the dinner meals will include beetroot and vodka cured salmon, chilled green pea and mint gazpacho, roasted pumpkin tart, herb crusted roast beef, and eggnog parfait for dessert, along with peppermint tea eggnog for beverages and a selection of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Dinner rates start at US$43 for adults, while brunch meals start at US$32.
