January Epicurean Fest at Singapore’s Marina Bay

With a world-class line-up of celebrity chefs and culinary innovators, Marina Bay Sands’ Epicurean Market (Marina Bay Sands, Bayfront Avenue; 65/6688-8826) is sure to put a dent in even the most well-meaning of New Year’s resolutions when it gets underway at the tail end of January. Tetsuya Wakuda, Nancy Silverton, Daniel Boulud, Justin Quek, Hide Yamamoto, and chefs from more than 80 leading establishments will link arms with 20 wine distributors to offer a series of talks and tastings, demonstration and degustation. Early bird tickets are available now for US$40 per day (which includes US$25 of Epicurean Market vouchers).

January 25-27, 11 a.m. – 9. p.m. (Friday and Saturday). 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Sunday).
