Royal Brunei will resume service to Vietnam from October 17 following a more than two-year absence. The four-times-weekly flight will operate with an Airbus A319/320 plane in a two-class configuration between Brunei and Ho Chi Minh City. The 2-hour flight will depart Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Royal Brunei has also rebranded its Royal Skies frequent flyer program with elite gold card members benefitting from non-expiring miles and complimentary elite gold status extension. In addition, miles eligibility will be extended to a wider variety of fare categories which will benefit Royal Skies members in all tiers. Members can also look forward to instant flight redemptions, the ability to purchase tickets using a mixture of cash and miles, and redemptions of miles at participating partners.
