Elephant’s Tea Party is perfect for two to share.

In the true spirit of Christmas, two of Hong Kong’s leading cocktail bars—The Envoy and Quinary—have teamed up to create a festive range of winter libations that are guaranteed to give you a good kick. Six new seasonal cocktails from The Envoy are on offer, including the soothing Roaming Blue and the champagne-based Blue Bells. Lovers of the leaf will especially appreciate Elephant’s Tea Party, which features chai tea slow-cooked Beefeater Gin, Falernum, lemon and lime juice, orgeat syrup, and a mix of fragrant spices. For a tinge of nostalgia, opt for a glass of Adventures in Kola, an indulgent blend that offers a fresh—and mature—take on Coca-Cola-flavored sweets.

With five adventurous winter specials, Quinary’s offerings are no less enticing. The pirate-inspired Blackbeard by Alex Veringa combines Doorly’s 5 Year Old Rum and Gosling’s Rum with a complex mix of ingredients, while Dave Lam’s Regal Temple blends Chivas Regal 12 Year Old with a warm combination of red dates and ginger syrup, lemon juice, and drops of Sambuca. Other highlights include Miss Rosa Gimlette, an innovative rendition of Gimlet by bar manager Samuel Kwok, and Antonio Lai’s AW Martini, a brand new signature cocktail that features Airwaves slow-cooked Belvedere unfiltered vodka.
