French chef Patrick Jeffroy will make an appearance in Hong Kong at the Oyster & Wine Bar at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers in Kowloon. On June 7 and 8, the master chef behind Restaurant Patrick Jeffroy at L’Hotel de Carantec in northwestern France (and a winner of two Michelin stars) will present seven-course menus complemented by French wines.
