For the food-crazed city of Hong Kong, restaurant week is a novel idea. Try out signature meals from some of the city’s best and biggest venues alongside more obscure picks with seamless online booking and three tiers of pricing (from US$33 to US$56 for dinner). This year, more than 80 restaurants across Hong Kong have signed on for the February 21st to March 2nd event, the biggest lot since its 2011 conception. Participating venues include Central’s The Salted Pig, Sheung Wan’s Doppio Zero, and Kowloon’s Kasuo Okada. Diners can book online at the Hong Kong Restaurant Week website, while American Express Card Members, DiningCity Facebook fans, and readers of Dim Sum & Then Some enjoy exclusive priority online booking before the masses. Priority booking is already in full swing, so stake out your table now.
