The man responsible for the success of the Girona-based farm-to-table restaurant La Fonda Xesc will bring his creations to the InterContinental Bali Resort. Visitors can dine on his five-course gastronomic masterpiece (US$73 per set) on November 24. Those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of his craft can attend Canudasâ€™s hands-on cooking class on November 25 (starting from US$48 per person).
