Bandung: The Papandayan Hotel
Jehanno: If you’re going to Bandung, I would go for the Papandayan. Very nice hotel. Recently renovated. Fantastic rooms. They have an Italian chef whose cuisine is very nice.
Bali: The Anantara Seminyak
I had a very nice stay at the Anantara. Just fantastic. Very nice boutique hotel.
Jakarta: The Grand Hyatt Jakarta Hotel
I would recommend the Grand Hyatt, due to the location and the fact that they are so very professional in their F&B. They also have one of the most beautiful pools; if you want to relax during the weekend, I would definitely go there and chill out.
Lombok: The Hotel Novotel Lombok
The hotel is quite unique in its location. It’s totally alone. Nice white-sand beach. It’s not the most recent hotel, but it was a good experience.
Yogyakarta: The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta — MGallery Collection
This MGallery Collection hotel in Jogja is just fantastic. The service is very good. They have a very nice pool in the middle.
Medan: The Grand Swiss-Belhotel Medan Hotel
Very good experience. New hotel, very good service. The food is fantastic. I really enjoyed it there. They have a new restaurant on a high floor where you can see the whole city. It’s very nice. I strongly recommend a stay in this hotel.
