Singapore’s MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival Returns in March

The three-day event will feature 15 of the city’s best eats, from MICHELIN starred restaurants to local hawker favorites.

Can’t get enough of Singapore’s street food?

Mark your calendar for the upcoming MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival when it returns from March 30 to April 1 at Resorts World Sentosa.

Held over three days, the event is a one-stop foodie destination featuring 15 establishments recognized in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2017.

Big names include the three-star Joël Robuchon Restaurant which will serve freshly-baked breads and desserts; one-star Song of India, which will present a delicious selection of naans paired with butter chicken; as well as Blue Ginger — one of Singapore’s most prominent Peranakan restaurants with its popular durian chendol.

Other local favorites include Man Man Unagi, with its hugely popular grilled Una-Don; as well as New Ubin Seafood, which serves a mouthwatering “heart attack” fried rice cooked in beef fat.

The dishes are also value-for-money, with prices starting at around US$2 (S$3) each.

Those willing to splurge can purchase VIP tickets which include welcome champagne, free flow beer, as well as a portion of food from all stalls.
