When it opens on March 1, Akaryn Samui will become the newest property in the Thai Akaryn Hospitality Management Services (AHMS) portfolio. It will also be the first resort on Koh Samui’s little-known but stunning Hanuman Bay. Designed to complement the crescent-shaped bay’s natural beauty, the beachfront hotel blends into its pristine surroundings, allowing guests to embrace nature without foregoing modern comforts.
Boasting 52 stand-alone suites and villas with private terraces and pools, Akaryn Samui features Asian-influenced décor with all the modern conveniences one would expect from a luxury hotel of its caliber. Each room features antique furniture, an LCD large-screen television, and an iPod and iPhone docking station. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Akaryn Samui is AHMS’s fourth property, following the launch of the 62-room Akyra Chura Samui resort in June last year. The management company’s other properties include Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi and Aleenta Phuket-Phang Nga resorts.
