How do I subscribe to DestinAsian ?
You can subscribe to the Print or Digital versions:

How often is Destinasian magazine published?
DestinAsian is published 8 times a year. As a subscriber, you will be receiving separate issues for the months of April and May 2008, and again for August and September, in addition to the regular bimonthly editions (Dec./Jan.; Feb./Mar.; June/July; Oct./Nov.).

How much does it cost to subscribe to DestinAsian?

Digital version:

What is the advantage of the Digital format compared to the Print format?
Together with Zinio (http://www.zinio.com), we are providing DestinAsian in a new Digital format, which will have the same information as the Print version. There are many advantages with the Digital version including:

• Reduced delivery time as you get your first issue at least a week before the Print version is ready for distribution.
• It’s paperless (saves trees) and gives you the ability to keep back issues stored on your computer, flashdrive or other convenient storage device.
• Get every issue downloaded direct to your computer as soon it goes to print.
• Read the latest issue offline. You will only need to be connected to the Internet while you download your issue. Afterward, you can read it anywhere you like without going online.
• The ability to “jump” to any article, feature, or section you wish to read.
• The ability to add your own comment or highlight text on the magazine’s pages.

Does the Digital format contain everything that is in the Print format?
Yes, the Digital format offers you the same content and design as our Print magazine.

Can I preview the magazine before I make a purchase?
Yes, we provide a preview feature that allows you to take a peek at our latest issue before you decide to buy.

Can I copy or replicate the Digital magazine?
All our Digital copies are created with Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology that does not allow you to copy or replicate the magazine. The contents of the digital magazine may not be reproduced in whole or in part, including photos and illustrations, in any form without written permission from DestinAsian Communication Limited and P.T. Mahapala Mahardhika.

What application will I need to read my Digital version of the magazine and will it work on my computer?
Once your first Digital issue is available, you will receive an e-mail notification from Zinio, which will guide you through the simple installation of the free Zinio Reader software. Zinio Reader works with Windows XP, 2000, Me, 98, and NT operating systems, Apple Macintosh OS X Versions 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3.

How can I order back issues of the Digital version?
The earliest Digital issue currently available is April 2008. However, we are working on adding more of the back issues very soon!

Can I order a single issue?
Of course. Simply tick the box next to “single (current) issue” on the subscription page.

Can I change my subscription from the Print to the Digital version?
You can change your subscription to Digital after your Print subscription ends. However, you are welcome to add the Digital subscription without canceling your active Print version subscription.

How do I submit a change of address?
You may change your address by sending an e-mail to subscribe@destinasian.com or distribution@destinasian.com

What if I miss an issue?
If you have missed an issue within your subscription period, notify us within a reasonable amount of time by e-mail at distribution@destinasian.com, and we will be glad to send a replacement.

If you missed an issue because your subscription has expired and you’d like to renew, you may submit your renewal online: For the Print version go to https://www.destinasian.com/subscription.php and for the Digital version, go to https://www.destinasian.com/subscription2.php and click the RENEWAL button. Alternatively, you may renew by sending an e-mail to subscribe@destinasian.com.

Would it be possible to withhold my name from any third parties?
Yes, simply tick the appropriate box on the subscription page or send an e-mail to distribution@destinasian.com

What is my subscription account number?
Your subscription account number is located on the subscription confirmation letter you receive once your order is processed. If you misplace it, you can e-mail distribution@destinasian.com by giving your full name and address.

Once I place an online order for the Print version, how soon will I receive my first issue?
Usually, your first issue should arrive within 4 to 8 weeks. For remote addresses, 8 to 12 weeks may be required. Once delivery begins on a regular basis, issues should arrive in a routine manner.

I have paid for my subscription, but my free gift hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Delivery of the free gift promoted with your subscription usually gets sent together with your first issue. However, it is subject to stock availability.

How can I order back issues of the Print version?
To order back issues, send an e-mail to distribution@destinasian.com. DestinAsian back issue rates are US$5.50 per copy excluding the shipping costs. For more details, please e-mail your questions to distribution@destinasian.com.

Can I search for articles online?
We do not have all of our articles online at this time. However, you may search for past articles to find out whether we have featured it in the past in our Web site.

Can I pay by check?
We regret that this facility is not available, due to the high clearance charges.
