Set on its own private island, the Amanpulo will host its annual Alignment and Movement Retreat bringing renowned specialists to its secluded location in the Philippine’s Sulu Sea. The four-night escape, held from November 8 to December 8, offers a personalized approach to wellness through strengthening, toning, and posture enhancement with Pilates and Watsu water therapy. Many of the program’s individual sessions will be held at the resort’s hillside spa with views of the treetops and sea. The package includes four nights’ accomodation at the Amanpulo, daily breakfast and dinner, a postural assessment, two private Pilates sessions, two cranial osteopathy sessions, two watsu treatments, and one 90-minute spa treatment. Rates begin from US$6,200 based on single occupancy.
