Assessed from a pool of 117 different destinations, the research reveals Singapore to be the best destination for internet-minded travelers. There, the average speed of downloads reaches 15.85 megabits per second (Mbps), while the upload speed was a recorded average of 7.16 Mbps. Ranked last with the slowest 3G and 4G connection is the West African country of Togo, which trails with the average download speed of only 0.02 Mbps and upload speed of 0.27 Mbps.
