The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru presents a “life-changing” program by the Spa and Ayurvedic Retreat. The 14- or 21-day Panchakarma Program involves a series of elimination treatments that remove deep-rooted stress and toxins from the body. Participants will have their own bespoke program designed by an Ayurvedic physician that feature a combination of detox treatments, massage, therapeutic procedures, and daily monitoring of dietary intake and activities. The Ayurvedic team warns that the Panchakarma Program is an intense process but made better thanks to the luxurious surrounds and care of the Four Seasons Maldives.

Ayurvedic programs focus on diet, exercise, and sleep to bring a number of short-term and long-term health benefits.Once the Panchakarma Program has finished, follow-up support is available to participants to ensure that the changes from Panchakarma last and to prevent future imbalances.
