As part of an expansive remodeling project to keep its 825 rooms updated and fresh, the Grand Hyatt Beijing has recently unveiled its new Diplomat Suites. Located on the top floors of the building, the five new suites offer some of the hotel’s premier living spaces and—now with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the capital city—some of the best views, too. Surround-sound systems channel music and entertainment through the suites’ living and dining rooms that flow together in the open-concept floor plan, and a desk area caters to travelers who need to work en-suite. Bigger is better in the spacious bedroom, which features a walk-in closet; king-sized bed; and an over-sized  bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rain forest shower, and a large bathtub. Throughout, neutral tones of beige and white make for timeless design.
