The Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo will host the current San Pellegrino World’s Best Restaurant, Noma, from January 9 to February 14, 2015. Chef René Redzepi and his team are currently in Japan learning about the nation’s culture and searching for complementary Japanese produce to feature in their ingredient-driven cuisine. Reservations are available for lunch, dinner, and private dining room bookings. Lunch starts from US$376 or packages are also available including one night of accommodation, Noma dinner, breakfast, and a special commemorative gift starting from US$1,440. Now guests from around the world can enjoy chef Redzepi’s cuisine, whether or not they score a reservation at his intimate, 11-table Copenhagen restaurant.
