In honor of its 20th anniversary, the Park Hyatt Tokyo is celebrating by cooking up a storm. Among its lineup of culinary events this autumn, a highlight comes November 13–15, when the hotel will host two star chefs from its sister hotels to bring innovative international gastronomy to the Japanese capital. From the brand new flagship, Park Hyatt New York, comes executive chef Sebastien Archambault, who will serve a four-course special dinner menu at—fittingly—the contemporary New York Grill, set on the hotel’s 52nd floor with breathtaking views of the city. And simultaneously in the intimate, French brasserie–styled Girandole dining room, guests can enjoy meals from Park Hyatt Paris–Vendôme’s Jean François Rouquette, with a four-course dinner adapted from dishes at his Michelin-starred Le Pur’ French restaurant. A la carte selections will continue to be offered at both restaurants as well, but as both chefs are reputed culinary masters, this special event is one not to be missed by food-aficionado guests.
