If you’re in Singapore, don’t miss Chefs With Altitude in the Equinox Complex atop the towering Swissôtel The Stamford from Oct. 23-30. Bruno Menard and other celebrity chefs — including a team from Fifteen London — will whip up culinary masterpieces. Plus “cocktail architect” Richard Gillam and a series of international DJs, such as Aaron Ross and Kiko Navarro, will spin drinks and tunes, respectively.

Celebrating its 10th year, the Equinox Complex is a collection of fine restaurants 70 floors above ground level (including the modern French restaurant Jaan, pictured). For more information, including a calendar of happenings, check out the Chefs With Altitude website.
