Gamers can still get their fix when they’re traveling to Taiwan. i Hotel, dubbed as the first e-sports hotel in Asia, has opened in the Taoyuan district near the international airport.
As reported by Mashable, its rooms come equipped with two computers with 32-inch screens and cool DXRacer gaming chairs. The PCs are packed with i5-7400 processors and 16GB RAM—in short, just the stuff of gamers’ dreams.
More than just being gaming hubs, the rooms also have mini-bars and 55-inch 4K Ultra HD TVs.
The lobby area isn’t too shabby either. Designed as a gaming arena, it’s a great place for aficionados to stay and battle it out against their friends.
Nightly rates start at US$100 but it also welcomes visitors who just want to play, with hourly rates at US$12 per hour. Watch the video below for a tour of the place. (Too bad it’s in Mandarin, but it gives a good overview of the property.)
