British Airways earlier this week unveiled its new lounge at Singapore’s Changi Airport, a space designed to offer business and first class travelers an improved traveling experience. With a sleek modern look accentuated by colorful art pieces and accessories, the lounge features facilities such as shower rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, baggage storage, desktop workstations, as well as a selection of wine and snacks. Its main draw, however, is its Concorde Bar, a section built exclusively for first class passengers. Here, premium travelers can unwind in the elegance of the room’s European oak flooring, black Nero marble surfaces, and designer Vitra armchairs as they wait for their next flight. While the lounge’s main area will be accessible to all BA First and Club World passengers, Executive Gold and Silver members, and Oneworld frequent flyers with Emerald and Sapphire status, only travelers provided with a special passcode will be able to enter the Concorde Bar.
