Cathay Pacific has teamed up with The Langham, Hong Kong to present a special Business Class menu on its new Hong Kong-Madrid flights, the first nonstop service between the two cities. Designed by The Langham’s Executive Chef Pedro Samper—who hails from the culinary capital of San Sebastián—the menu will serve up a range of authentic Spanish recipes drawn from different regions of the country. These include braised Basque-style cod with clams in salsa verde, raspberry gazpacho from Andalucía, and slow-cooked Iberico pork cheek in Tempranillo wine with black truffle potatoes. Business Class passengers flying from Hong Kong to Madrid can enjoy Samper’s creations from June 2 through August 31, 2016.
