Beginning in July, Garuda Indonesia passengers can purchase codeshare tickets on Delta Air Lines flights operating between Tokyo Haneda to Los Angeles International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The flights align with Garuda’s schedule between Jakarta and Tokyo-Haneda, offering both airlines’ customers one-stop travel between Indonesia and the U.S. The Delta codeshare flights will be serviced by a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, featuring lie-flat beds with direct aisle access in business class. From Jakarta to Tokyo, Garuda will operate an Airbus A330-300 in a two-class configuration. Flight GA874 will depart Jakarta daily at 1:05 p.m. with connection to Los Angeles and Seattle at 12:30 a.m. via DL636/GA9506 or DL580/GA9509 respectively. The flight will arrive in Los Angeles at 6:51 p.m. and Seattle at 5:55 p.m. the previous day. Flight DL637/GA9507 departs Los Angeles daily at 6:38 p.m. while flight DL581/GA9508 departs Seattle at 10:01 p.m. daily with arrival in Tokyo at 10:30 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. the next day, respectively. GA875 departs Tokyo at 12:30 a.m. and arrives in Jakarta at 6:00 a.m. Delta and Garuda are both members of the SkyTeam alliance, allowing passengers to enjoy benefits of seamless travel across the airlines.
