Throughout the months of August and September, travelers flying on Air France’s La Première class can enjoy exceptional French dishes by Chef Anne-Sophie Pic as part of the airline’s commitment to promote French cuisine on board its flights.
Anne-Sophie Pic is the only French woman with three Michelin stars and has previously partnered with the airline for a similar program. This time around, she has concocted a creamy cucumber starter and five hot dishes made with high-quality ingredients. For the month of August, travelers can enjoy beef chuck steak ravioli and foie gras consommé, half-baked lobster with celery, and free-range chicken with chutney and peppered dates, while passengers flying in September can choose from a menu of lightly-cooked langoustine with sweet spices and a sole spiral with chard ravioli.
The menu will be available across Air France’s entire long-haul network.
