Canada: Cabot Cliffs
Situated just up the road from acclaimed sister course Cabot Links on Nova Scotia’s Cape Breton Island, this instant classic cuts through coastal dunes and sheer bluffs above the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Described as “Pebble Beach on steroids,” Cabot Cliffs doesn’t officially open until 2016, though limited play on its virgin fairways—designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw—began in July.
