InterContinental Hong Kong will be ushering in the Easter weekend festivities with elaborate lunch and dinner buffets, with menus designed by Harbourside’s head chef Nicholas Chan. The Good Friday, Easter Saturday, and Monday lunch buffets will feature dishes like Peking Duck, truffle pasta, as well as a foie gras station.
