This year, Grand Hyatt Singapore has lined up five mouthwatering buffet concepts at its restaurants to usher in the festivities, as well as a wide range of takeaway offerings and customizable artisanal hampers at its exclusive Christmas shop.

With its indulgent à la carte, buffet dinner and brunch selections, mezza9 is inviting patrons to show their taste buds some love this holiday season. Guests can expect to enjoy generous bites of luxury, as highlights will include red king crab, scallops, butterball turkey, black Angus tenderloin, and grass-fed lamb rack. Thanks to the recent expansion of the restaurant’s Thai kitchen, an array of dishes inspired by the cuisine will also be on offer. For a taste of Italy, head to Pete’s Place, where a varied assortment of antipasti will beckon alongside handcrafted risottos and wood-fired pizzas. Mains will include a Christmas turkey and porchetta with rosemary and garlic, while desserts will range from log cakes to pistachio ice cream.
