KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Flight Information Now Available on Twitter and WeChat

The Netherlands-based air carrier KLM has announced that its passengers can now confirm their flights, check for airline updates, and contact customer service through Twitter and WeChat.


KLM replies to customers on Twitter within 50 minutes. All photos are from the respective airlines mentioned.

Through WeChat, KLM will be the first airline outside of China to provide flight information and facilities to their customers. The information will be available in nine different languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
