Thanks to the latest edition of its Tastes of Japan campaign, which runs through November, All Nippon Airways’ outbound flights now offer dishes that showcase the produce of Honshu’s central Chubu region.

Depending on the month, passengers flying economy class to Southeast Asia have the option of sampling Toyama glass shrimp dashi curry or curried chicken marinated in Nagano apple juice, while business-class passengers will get to enjoy sautéed beef fillet with Noto red-wine sauce made from wild grapes in Ishikawa, alongside desserts such as Kazumi apple pie.
