This will be the airline’s second destination in Australia following Sydney, which it started flying to in 2014.
Philippine Airlines’ monopoly on this route came to an end on August 14, when Cebu Pacific launched flights to its second Australian destination, Melbourne.
The low-cost airline is scheduled to fly the seven-hour trip on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
