Four Seasons is making it easier for guests to access services in its hotels by launching an upgrade to its mobile app this week to improve its function for travelers in the Asia Pacific region. With the new update, users can now check in and check out hassle-free through the app as well as order in-room dining or request for housekeeping items. The latest update also caters well to Chinese-speaking guests who can conveniently access every feature in simplified Chinese, the first language to be added to the app. Since its launch in 2014, the app has simplified travels for its guests by enabling them to access not just each hotel’s features, but also expert local recommendations for them to get the best of their destination. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play, Apple iTunes Store, and the Amazon App Store.
