The newest hospitality concept at the race event, Twenty3 features four bars, a club, and cuisine by famous chefs.
Whether you’re here for the fast cars, off-track entertainment, or the glamorous after-parties, Singapore’s annual Formula 1 Night Race is indisputably one of the most anticipated lifestyle events of the year.
With a total of five distinct hospitality experiences at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, namely the Formula One Paddock Club, Sky Suites, The Green Room, Lounge@Turn 3, and the newly launched Twenty3, the night race will be more exciting than ever before.
This year, the organizers have unveiled Twenty3, a 3,000-square meter space boasting award-winning food and beverage options, four bars, and a two-story club called the Apex Lounge.
Strategically located at the final corner of the street circuit, Twenty3 offers unparalleled views of the Formula 1 cars as they go wheel-to-wheel toward the pit. Guests can choose to view the race through the restaurants’ full-length windows or from the
outdoor viewing galleries, and join the podium celebrations at the rooftop of Apex Lounge.
Among the star-studded culinary offerings are Franceschetta 58, sister restaurant to Massimo Bottura’s three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana, which will serve the signature Emilia Burger with salsa verde and balsamic mayo; as well as the one-Michelin-starred Le Charlemagne, known for marrying Asian and Burgundian cuisine.
Fans of Chinese cuisine won’t be disappointed by Five Light Pavilion, a collaboration between local restaurant Blue Lotus Chinese Grill House and Albert Tse’s China Blue Restaurant in Tokyo. Expect signature dishes like beef brisket noodles with citrus spicy clear consommé.
For a sweet finish, there’s a 10-meter long dessert bar by acclaimed Australian pastry chef Andrew Bowden’s Saga patisserie.
Once you’re ready to raise a toast to the winning racers, head to Twenty3’s four bars, which serve a variety of champagne, Scotch whiskies, and more.
When the race ends, the party begins at the Apex Lounge, which displays a stunning kinetic light installation as guest deejay Gil Glaze takes to the deck.
