The last thing any on any spa-goer’s mind should be the expertise of their therapist, which is why the Four Seasons Resorts Bali curates its Masters in Residence program, bringing renowned holistic healthcare specialists to its spas. Recently announced was its calendar for September through January, staging three distinct wellness retreats at the spas of both the Four Seasons resorts at Jimbaran Bay and Sayan. In September, Bali-based Ukrainian healer Mary Muryn has curated three different 60-minute sessions that target full-body healing through spinal reflex points, spiritual guidance, and a special relaxation technique called polarity therapy. In October, Dr. John Rogerson brings his medical approach to wellness, employing his self-developed EFi Scan to pinpoint dietary and lifestyle deficiencies and counteract them with tailor-made wellness plans. And in December and January, acupuncturist Nichole Dreyer marries Chinese Medicine with modern science in her individualized, energy-restoring therapies.
