As the year-end festivities draw close and Singaporeans head aboard for their Christmas and New Year holidays, travelers can look forward to an extra dash of yuletide cheer at Changi Airport.
From now until January 5, 2018, Terminal 3 will play host to some of the most popular Sanrio characters, including the well-loved Hello Kitty.
The aviation hub will be transformed into a Mystical Garden, complete with festive decor, as well as a flurry of activities and performers that will delight travelers and visitors alike.
Make a beeline for Check-in Row 11 where an activity park beckons with fun games for the little ones, such as a human claw-machine called the Tree House Catcher.

In place of a mechanical claw, a human (who has to weigh less than 60 kilograms and be less than 1.2 meters tall) will suspended from a crane. Another person will then control the “human claw” to pick from a variety of gifts hidden inside capsules.
Other highlights include customizing one’s own tote bags with stamps and taking photos with miniature versions of their favorite Sanrio characters. Fans will also be able to enjoy meet-and-greet sessions with different characters every weekend from now until December 25.

Finally, have your cameras ready for an indoor drone show, said to be the first of its kind in the country.
Like fireflies, 40 drones will light up a dimmed zone, aligning themselves into enchanting formations like snowflakes and Christmas trees.
