Those who book direct will also enjoy additional perks such as roundtrip airport transfers by limousine, a free upgrade to the next room category, and late checkout until 4 p.m. And in case of unforeseen circumstances, the hotel’s flexible booking policy means you can cancel free of charge up to four days before arrival.

Anantara Chiang Mai Resort

Occupying the grounds of the former British consulate, the riverside Anantara Chiang Mai strikes a fine balance between historic charm and contemporary style. Its Thai Residents rate offers Deluxe rooms from THB 5,346++ including daily breakfast, and stays up to December 17, 2020 that are booked via the website come with an extra bonus: a dining credit of THB 800 per day for each Deluxe room or One Bedroom suite, or THB 1,000 per day for every Kasara suite and above.

Thai travelers should also take note that the Anantara is participating in the government’s Rao Thiew Duay Kan offer, which covers 40 percent of the room rate, or up to THB 3,000 per room, per night. As part of the domestic travel subsidy, Thai guests will receive an e-voucher worth up to THB 600 per night to spend on dining or spa treatments and other services.
