In need of some R&R on Indonesia’s Island of the Gods? Stressed-out city dwellers can rebalance mind and body through a comprehensive spa program at Jumeirah Bali, one of the newest all-villa resorts in Uluwatu. Combining treatments inspired by local mythology and water-based therapies at the in-house Talise Spa, the three-night Wellness Journey package helps guests to recharge, clear their minds, and regain a healthy glow.

The experience starts and ends with an in-depth chakra and wellness consultation, while scheduled activities over the course of the stay include daily yoga and meditation in the spa garden, an hourlong “de-stress” massage followed by a 30-minute body scrub using salt flakes, and a 60-minute Jagaraga massage and a half-hour sound healing session. One particular highlight is the 90-minute Hammam Royal Dwara therapy, enjoyed in Bali’s only Turkish hammam. An hourlong Sunset Blessing ceremony and a hands-on workshop for making wellness mocktails are also part of the deal. Energy-boosting drinks and healthy snacks will be provided too, along with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the wellness menu at Segaran Dining Terrace.

Guests booking the offer will benefit from fast-track airport concierge service, complimentary resort activities each day, and access to the gym and a private beach. Priced from US$1,050++ per night, the Wellness Journey package is valid for stays of three nights and more until December 22, 2023. Making a reservation directly via the website means getting Jumeirah One Points that can be redeemed at Jumeirah properties worldwide.
