MesaStila boasts 180 years of history, having been a coffee plantation and cool-air retreat during Indonesia’s colonial era. It also includes 22 hectares of land, including gardens from which ingredients for healthy meals are collected, not to mention the herbs that go into jamu, the traditional medicinal drink of Indonesia.

The focus at MesaStila is providing not just a place to stay, but an experience that helps guests better improve their health and wellbeing both during their visit and beyond. Packages range from two-night escapes to fourteen-night retreats, with a variety of programs and activities.

For instance a clinical hypnotherapist will teach visitors to cope with daily stress and better realize their full potential during two retreats scheduled for Nov. 17-20 and Nov. 24-27.

More information can be found at the MesaStila website.
