Starting on July 1, Kuala Lumpur–based travelers can look forward to better connectivity with a fifth Japanese destination, this time in the Tohoku region of northern Honshu.
Full-service carrier Malindo Air will be deploying Boeing 737-800s twice a week to the laid-back city of Sendai via an hour-long stopover in Taipei, taking between nine and a half hours and 10 hours each way.
