Fans of the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong should take note of its newly launched private membership program named CENTRAL, named for the hotel’s location in the financial district and heart of the city. It allows members to earn points and unlock special privileges that span the realms of fine dining, deluxe stays, and spa treatments. Available on the Apple App Store and Android Google Play Store, CENTRAL is free to join, and gives all users one point for every HK$100 spent at restaurants and bars within the hotel. Aside from serving as a platform for redeeming rewards, the brand-new app offers more convenience at one’s fingertips, whether it’s making restaurant reservations, browsing events, staying up-to-date on the latest promotions, or ordering seasonal gifts from the Mandarin Online Shop.

This membership program features two tiers, CENTRAL and CENTRAL+. The latter is an annual membership where benefits are available throughout the year, including introductory gift vouchers valued at HK$4,000, which can be used across the Mandarin’s various dining outlets such as Michelin-starred Man Wah and recently opened izakaya and cocktail bar The Aubrey. CENTRAL+ members will also enjoy 10 percent savings on dining, as well as preferential access to special events and culinary experiences. The same discount applies on best available rates for all guest rooms and suites, plus selected treatments at Mandarin Spa. Guests have the chance to upgrade their membership status to CENTRAL+ at HK$2,488 when visiting any restaurant or bar at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
